Every item at HQLOL is made-to-order. This means we craft each product specifically for you the moment your order is placed, ensuring the highest quality standards.

To offer you such unique designs at competitive prices, we collaborate with a global network of artists and manufacturers. Please refer to the timeline below to estimate your delivery:

  • Production Time: This is the time your order spends in our crafting queue. Please note that timelines may fluctuate daily based on order volume.

  • Shipping Time: This covers the journey from our facility to your doorstep once the package is handed over to the carrier.

  • International Customs & Fees: Please be aware that depending on your country's regulations, your local carrier may charge additional import fees or taxes. These charges are beyond our control.

Note: During peak seasons, shipping may take slightly longer than expected. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! However, international shipments may take longer due to customs clearance and distance.

  • Estimated Delivery: 10 - 20 Business Days (depending on your country).

  • Mandatory Phone Number: If you are ordering outside the US, please provide your real phone number at checkout.

  • Customs & Duties: Please note that international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by your country’s customs department. The recipient is responsible for these fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can follow its journey home!

  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

  • Tracking Status: If no information is available when you first check, don't worry-this simply means there is a slight delay in the system's update.

  • Delayed Orders: If your package has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please contact us so we can look into it for you.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. HQLOL is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Additionally, if you contact the final-mile carrier to redirect or forward your parcel after it has left our warehouse, we cannot be held liable if the package is lost, stolen, or damaged.

  • Standard Shipping: The timeframes listed above apply primarily to US orders using standard shipping methods.

  • Variable Delivery: While most orders arrive within the estimated window, these times are approximate. Large or heavy items may require additional processing and delivery time.

  • Unexpected Delays: Unforeseen bottlenecks with suppliers or delivery companies may occasionally cause delays. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

  • Holiday Peak Season: During US and International holidays, especially during peak shopping seasons, orders may take longer to ship.

  • Customs: International orders may be delayed due to customs processing. We have no control over these procedures and appreciate your patience.

  • Split Shipments: Because our products are made-to-order, items are shipped as soon as they are finished. This means your order may arrive in multiple packages at different times. Don't worry-HQLOL covers any additional shipping costs for these separate deliveries.
