Return Policy

Good news: You don't have to go to the post office. Since our products are custom-made, we don't ask for physical returns. If we messed up (bad print, broken mug), just send us a photo, and we’ll fix it. If you messed up (ordered the wrong size for your cat), that’s on you. Details below!

Do I need to return the item?

Short answer: NO. Sending it back would just cost you shipping money and create waste.

  • If your item is defective: Keep it, donate it, or use it as a rag. We will send you a Replacement or issue a Refund.

  • If you just want to return it: Since we don't accept physical returns for "change of mind," please read the eligibility section below.

Eligibility: What we cover

We take full responsibility for our mistakes. You are eligible for a free replacement or refund if:

  • Defective/Damaged: The item arrived broken, torn, or smashed.

  • Poor Print Quality: The design is blurry, peeling, or not what was advertised.

⚠️ Important Note on Care: To ensure the longevity of the print, please wash the item inside out with cold water. We cannot offer replacements for damage caused by improper care (e.g., washing in hot water, using bleach, or ironing directly on the print).

  • Wrong Item Sent: We sent the wrong size, color, or design compared to your original order.

Non-Returnable Items

Because every product is printed specifically for you, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Buyer's Remorse: You changed your mind or decided you don't like the vibe anymore.

  • Wrong Size Selection: We provide a detailed Size Chart on every product page. Please measure twice, buy once!

  • Customer Errors: Incorrect shipping address, typos in the custom name/text you entered (e.g., "Hapy Birthday" instead of "Happy").

The "30-Day" Window

Our policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date. If 30 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
