Order & Processing
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We process orders faster than a cheetah chasing a donut! You have 2 hours after placing an order to make any changes or cancellations. After that, your order is sent to our printing facility, and it’s officially out of our hands (and into the machines). Please email us at [support-email] ASAP if you need to make a switch.
I entered the wrong address! Help!
Oops! If you catch it within the 2-hour window, email us immediately. If the order has already shipped, we can’t stop the package. However, reach out anyway, we’ll see if there’s anything we can do to help you out.
Where is my order confirmation?
Check your spam folder (sometimes our emails like to play hide and seek). If you still can’t find it, verify that you entered the correct email address. If all else fails, contact us, and we’ll resend it.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to get my stuff?
Good things take time! Since we print every item specifically for you (no dusty warehouses here), please allow:
- Production Time: 2 - 5 business days to print and quality check.
- Shipping Time (US): 3 - 7 business days via standard shipping.
- Total: You should be laughing in your new gear within 5 - 12 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! But shipping times will vary depending on where you call home.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number. You can stalk your package’s journey all the way to your doorstep.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Because every product is custom-made just for you, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or sizing issues. However, if your item arrives damaged, poorly printed, or is the wrong size/design (our bad!), we will send you a replacement absolutely free. No need to return the messed-up one, donate it or use it as a rag!
My item arrived damaged/incorrect. What now?
Oh no! We’re sorry about that. Please email us at hqlol.com@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number.
- A clear photo of the issue. We’ll sort it out faster than you can say "HQLOL".
I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange it?
Since we don’t hold inventory, we cannot offer exchanges for size. Please check our Size Guide carefully before ordering (we promise our measurements are accurate!).
Product & Care
How do the shirts fit?
Most of our tees are a standard Unisex fit, comfy and flattering for everyone. If you prefer a looser fit, size up. Check the Size Chart on each product page to be 100% sure.
How should I wash my printed apparel?
To keep the print looking fresh and funny for years:
- Machine wash cold, inside-out.
- Tumble dry low (or hang dry if you’re fancy).
- Do not iron directly on the design.
